hana One Step Sparring

One Step Sparring is the most practical of the step sparring formats. It puts together the General’s philosophy of blocking and counter attacking instantaneously. Like the previous step sparring formats, one step follows the basic, intermediate, and advanced modes. As in all Step Sparring formats, attention to techniques should be first and foremost in the students mind.
